I've only checked out several of the group's links, and although I think the group is very well informed, and valuable for this reason, and it's intention is enlightened, there is some information presented which is very subjective. Let each one judge the material presented, for it has a higher purpose, but some of its methods raise questions. (like the community rule for "no pets." Dogs should be required!).

The multi-part "Timeline 2012" video series is excellent, with a major amount of information available.

hey Bill, no not my idea but yes it is a good one. it was suggested to me to be done with meditation. in help speading light. when l heard the part about sending way far away l latched on to my pratise of projecting my consciousness into the stars. l put the two together. I think it works well this way. have you tried it yet?
another thing you needn't do it alone make a hub effert and project your image threw other people like your self.

How did you start doing this spiritual exercise? What prompted you, or did you just invent this method?

no and no. but it sounds alot like your interstellar obe. my dialog between self and creation well put in an old fashion way it's praying. l just can't believe l am total creator so that there must be other. besides what better sevice to others is there than spreading light and goob vibs. everything each of us do has an affect on all.

Yes, Alan, I know a lot of "stuff," but I've never heard of this technique until this moment. Aside from creating an instant interstellar OBE, (enough in its own right, of course) what other purposes/possibilities lie within the process?

after all the research you've done. you more than likely have at your finger tips more info than l could even begin to relate.
it's easy one early morning go outside where one can see the stars. create a beam of white energy from the center of our earth going up passing through you and on into the farthest reaching place in creation.
then just follow the beam of energy on up with your conscousness. when you get there open your heart and a dialog between self and creation.
just give it a try l think you'll be surprised with the outcome.
